Your Stay

You can book any property directly through our listing on Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO. Just search for the property name or visit our collection page for direct links. If you’re not sure which property is right for you, our concierge is happy to help.

Cancellation policies vary by property and platform. Most of our properties offer free cancellation up to a certain date before check-in. Check the specific listing on your booking platform for the exact terms, or reach out to our concierge for clarification.

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We occasionally accommodate early check-in or late check-out when the calendar allows — just ask our concierge at least 48 hours in advance.

Pet policies vary by property. Some of our homes are pet-friendly with a cleaning fee, while others are not. Check the specific property listing or contact our concierge to find the right pet-friendly option.

Guest capacity varies by property, from intimate two-person stays to larger group accommodations. Visit each property’s listing for specific occupancy limits, or let our concierge match you with the right fit for your group size.

Most of our properties include dedicated parking. Specific parking details — including the number of spots and any street parking tips — are included in your booking confirmation and welcome guide.

Some of our properties can accommodate small gatherings and celebrations. Contact our concierge to discuss what you have in mind and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Note that all events must comply with local noise ordinances and our good neighbor policy.

Every property comes fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, a full kitchen setup, Wi-Fi, and a curated welcome guide to the neighborhood. Some properties include additional amenities like outdoor spaces, record players, or fireplaces — check the listing for details.

Our concierge is available to help with any issues that come up. We respond to all urgent messages within the hour and aim to resolve problems quickly and graciously. You’ll have direct contact information in your welcome guide.
Nashville

Our collection spans five distinct Nashville neighborhoods: Wedgewood-Houston (The Soundry), East Nashville (Vinyl), Germantown (Monroe), 12 South (Harmony House), and The Nations (Terra Lodge). Each neighborhood has its own character, dining scene, and things to do.

All of our properties are within a 10–15 minute drive of downtown Nashville. Several are also walkable or a short rideshare to Broadway, the Gulch, and other popular areas.

Absolutely. Every property comes with a curated neighborhood guide with our honest picks for food, drinks, coffee, and things to do nearby. Our concierge can also make personalized recommendations based on your interests.
Privacy

When you book a stay or contact our concierge, we collect basic personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and travel dates. We may also collect information about your booking preferences and communication history with our team.

We use your information to manage your reservation, communicate with you about your stay, send you relevant property and neighborhood information, and improve our service. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Bookings are processed through third-party platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. These platforms have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle your data. We also use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website, but this data is anonymized and aggregated.

This website uses essential cookies to ensure proper functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Analytics data is collected anonymously to help us improve the browsing experience.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@notablecollection.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
Terms

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO). By making a reservation at any Notable Collection property, you agree to the house rules provided in your booking confirmation and welcome guide, including occupancy limits, noise policies, and check-in/check-out procedures.

Guests are expected to treat our properties with care and respect our neighbors. Violations of house rules, including unauthorized parties, exceeding guest limits, or smoking in non-smoking properties, may result in additional charges or early termination of your stay. Specific rules are provided with each booking confirmation.

Notable Hospitality maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all properties. Guests may be held responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Any damage should be reported promptly to our concierge team. Security deposits, where applicable, are handled through the booking platform.
