Cancel for Any Reason ("CFAR")

Cancel For Any Reason is best explained as the ability to cancel up until the time of check-in when a guest uses their unique access code on the property’s door. This is not a replacement for the optional Generali Trip Insurance but an additional option for Guests’ peace of mind. Below are the criteria that must be met in order for a Guest to be eligible for Cancel For Any Reason Coverage:

Provided the below Criteria is met, and the guest is prevented from taking the trip for any reason otherwise not covered within an added Trip Insurance option, Ayres Vacation Rentals will reimburse the Guest for 100% of the Nightly Accommodation Fare, Cleaning Fee, and associated taxes. The Administration Fee, Optional Generali Trip Insurance Cost, and the Cancel For Any Reason Protection cost are non-refundable and excluded from reimbursement.

These four criteria must be met in order to be eligible for Cancel For Any Reason coverage and refund(s):

1. The CFAR coverage is purchased at the time of booking the reservation via Ayres Vacation Rentals/Treehouse Grove website.
2. The trip is cancelled before the scheduled time of check-in (default time of 4:00pm on date of check-in) or before a Guest uses their unique access code, whichever comes first.
3. The full cost of all non-refundable items have been captured by Ayres Vacation Rentals
4. Guest must communicate in writing the desire to cancel their reservation with Ayres Vacation Rentals. Appropriate communication will include the Reservation Confirmation #, the name of the Guest that holds the reservation, and will be sent directly to pminfo@ayresvacationrentals.com OR may be sent via Email Reply to the Reservation’s Confirmation Email (that was sent immediately after the reservation was made).
