Group Stays, Retreats & Wedding Weekends in Monteagle

Take over the woods

Thirteen stays on thirty wooded acres, sleeping about sixty. Book a few side by side for a birthday, the six modern treehouses for a team, or the whole property for a wedding weekend.

Made for groups

Three ways groups use Terralodge

Every stay has its own private hot tub, firepit and smart TV, so everyone gets a place of their own. The pond, the dock and the lawn games are for the whole group.

Wedding weekends

Book the whole property, keep every guest in the woods with you, and hold the ceremony right here. A few spots on the property work for a ceremony, and we'll walk you through them.

Family reunions and milestones

The Cabin (four bedrooms, sleeps ten) and the Pondside Cottage (sleeps eight) hold the core of the family. Couples and cousins take treehouses a short walk away, and every evening ends around a firepit.

Team retreats

The six modern treehouses stand side by side, so everyone gets a deck, a hot tub and fiber WiFi of their own, and the whole team is a short walk apart. Add the Cabin and its full kitchen for group dinners.

How it works

Three steps, one conversation

  1. Tell us the trip

Dates, headcount and what you're celebrating. Rough numbers are fine.

  2. We send a plan

Which stays, how everyone splits up, and the total for your dates.

  3. Hold the dates

Confirm, and we take it from there, from arrival details to the trails worth the drive.

Good to know

Group questions

Do we have to book the whole property?

Only for a wedding. Reunions, birthdays and retreats can book just the stays they need, as long as they're open for your dates.

Can each family pay for its own stay?

Yes. One organizer can book everything, or each household can book its own stay. Tell us which in the form.

Is there a meeting room?

There's no conference room on the property. Tell us what your team needs and we'll suggest how to make it work.

Where is Terralodge?

Monteagle, Tennessee, on the South Cumberland Plateau, about 90 minutes from Nashville. South Cumberland State Park is 8 minutes away and Sewanee about 22.

Our dates are further out than the booking calendar. Can we still ask?

Yes. We quote group dates by hand, so send them anyway.
